Mark is considered one the best in the country when it comes to helping people to stop using drugs. He works as a Psychiatrist for the VA Hospital in San Francisco with over a 300 person caseload. He's a childhood friend of mine that I've know for over 25 years. This recording is the first time we've spoken since 2008.
