Los valores culturales tales como el familismo (la importancia de mantener cálidas relaciones familiares), el personalismo (la habilidad de valorar y de construir buenas relaciones), fatalismo (lo que sucederá sucederá, no tengo control)y el Colectivismo(las relaciones con los otros es muy importante y el contacto con la familia es frecuente, y las familias son extensas).
