Embodied Masculine - Amir Khalighi | Lost And Found Podcast 003
Amir Khalighi is the founder of Embodied Masculine and has been working with men for over 20 years.
After an awakening in 2018 during a somatic retreat, Amir found a clarity of what the second half of his life would be. He saw the potential of what he could become and carry out and since then left his career as an actor and is carrying out his purpose.
"Brining men to the feet of the mother", which is effectively reconnecting to earth and a returning to some of our forgotten primal wisdom.
We discuss bringing balance within and how we connect to earth and our feminine counter parts, relationships, the importance of having a brotherhood, connecting to our internal archetypes - King, magician, lover, warrior.
We also took a look at what it means to be a man in 2023, how to find balance and live with purpose.
It was an amazing conversation and i hope you enjoy!
