Life and love coach Candace Smith explores both loss and rejection in all areas of life. Although the two experiences are quite similar, there are some significant distinctions which will assist with the grieving process. Rejection can leave you doubting your own self worth while loss can leaving you feeling empty. If you are truly living both states are inevitable. So how do we overcome the self abuse, unnecessary suffering and regrets? How do we move forward stronger and with a more positive mindset? Candace offers tips which apply in both scenarios as well as some specific to either loss or rejection. We only have one life and we have a responsibility to live it to our fullest by rebounding from setbacks.
