In this episode we talk about everything being a mirror for us is based on our external experiences which oftentimes are a reflection of our internal state. The way we perceive and interpret the world around us is shaped by our beliefs, thoughts, and emotions.

For example, if we have a negative belief about ourselves, we may see negative qualities in others, even if they don't actually possess those qualities. Conversely, if we have a positive belief about ourselves, we may see positive qualities in others, even if they don't necessarily exhibit those qualities.

This is because our perceptions are filtered through our own internal lens, which can distort or amplify certain aspects of our experiences. Therefore, when we encounter challenges, conflicts, or even positive experiences, they can serve as a mirror for us to reflect on our own internal state and the beliefs, thoughts, and emotions that shape our perceptions.

By recognizing the ways in which our external experiences are a reflection of our internal state, we can gain greater insight into ourselves and work on developing a more positive and constructive internal mindset.
