Listen to my conversation with Monique and Roger, a couple from Brisbane, Australia who have worked in community development for more than 12 years. Our paths first crossed in Bangladesh several years ago but has maintained because of our love for an assets-based approach to working in developing or majority world locations. I ask Monique and Roger (from their home in Brisbane) to share why they started working in community development and some of the outcomes of their style of relationship with communities.
