It’s time to celebrate mid-summer on the 06.08. and for the first time since COVID began we are super pleased to finally announce the booking of international guest DJ’s again!! This months booking is a bit of a personal thing for us and our local DJ M Traxxx who has been following these guys since their humble beginnings in 2012, having lived in Vienna for a while himself. We are talking about none other than Vienna’s finest – the LUV SHACK Records crew! Luv Shack records started out as an avenue for local Vienna artists Lee Stevens, Simon Lebon, LeSale and Jakobin & Domino to release their own brand of downtempo house music that focused on quality – much in contrast to most of what was going on in the city at the time. Their first EP Luv is Louder set the tone for things to come with a fine mix of synth driven analog sounding deep house with elements of Disco and Chicago house all thrown into the mix. It was followed up by many a great release slowly expanding their artist pool to include people like Space Echo, Hard Ton and Rotciv to name but a few. They now hold down a regular guest spot in the Wild Renate in Berlin as well as playing all over Europe promoting the LUV. We look forward to welcoming them on the decks!!
