In this episode I go over my past struggles and how I overcame them, the things I wish I could’ve told myself last year, but I’m so glad that I have learned. If you go back you’ll know that I was really struggling last year and I know that we always seem to glorify the part of us that makes it out, and I am very very proud of that, but I also wanted to speak to the person that’s still in this, because I know that starting it is the toughest part, getting better can be so challenging scary so I’m proud of you.
