How are you feeling? Most of us using Social Media, Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok like its just another corner of our home. Unfortunately it takes much more of a toll because we don't actively check in with our emotions to see if we're capable of navigating the diverse and emotionally charged space that it actually is. In this episode I'm really only scratching the surface of the importance of high emotional intelligence and using social Media.
