Long before the Black Lives Matter movement began, there was Mitrice Richardson, a young, beautiful, intelligent, but troubled young black woman who mysteriously disappeared shortly after being released from a Malibu sheriff’s office in 2009. The path from when she disappeared to when she was found only gets more heartbreaking the further you travel.
