Stephanie Fenkanyn is someone that you can completely connect with right away. I made mention that her website feels like a breath of fresh air but I must say that she has that same energy.
With this week being Eating disorder awareness, Stephanie has been able to educate us on the facts and statistics behind eating disorders; what pertinent issues we need to understand to have proper body imaging and how we can support and tell the signs of those dealing with eating disorders.
Stephani is a nutritionist that is inspired by helping individuals build a positive relationship with food and teaching them to nourish their bodies in a way that demonstrates love to self. When working with clients, she promotes that all foods have a place in our lives and practices with the belief that health comes in all shapes and sizes. Stephani sees clients independently and alongside a team of health professionals out of an eating disorder clinic in Toronto.

Stephani's educational background includes an undergraduate degree from the University of Windsor in Human Kinetics and a minor in Psychology. Additionally, Stephani also holds a Master’s of Science in Occupational Therapy. Stephani achieved her role as Health Promoter at a not-for-profit organization in Windsor called the Bulimia Anorexia Nervosa Association in 2018. She has plenty of experience public speaking and educating on health topics due to her varied roles that entail interactions with private clients, as well as, children in the classroom.
