Chee Ming Loh is a world traveler, international businessman, and collaborative creator who currently works at a major trading company in Nagoya, Japan. Born and raised in Malaysia, Chee Ming spent his twenties hopping around Southeast Asia before arriving at his current company. A resident of Japan since 2014, Chee Ming is versed in the art and science of global HR, which we discuss at length in this episode. He is also affiliated with Diversity Dojo, a community with roots in Tokyo's Hitotsubashi University that holds experiential workshops to connect and empower diverse groups of people.
