Mr. Shigeru Oe is a former accountant and founder of Taiyo Grant Thorton, currently serving as the Director General of the Outlook Foundation. Through the foundation, he has made tremendous contributions to advancing immigration policy and improving the well-being of foreign residents in Japan. Interviewing a man of such stature and class was truly an honor.
