On this edition we welcome RAAFAT (@raafat-elhag) RAAFAT born in Damascus, Syria and currently residing in Germany, discovered his passion for the electronic music scene in 2014 in Berlin, during his first visit to the legendary Katerblau. Since then, his love for music has flourished, leading him to begin mixing and producing music from various artists upon relocating to Marburg. He particularly focuses on genres like techno, house, psytech, downtempo, and midtempo. RAAFAT has already graced the stages of renowned clubs and festivals in Holland and Germany, including venues like Weelde Rotterdam, Levantine House with The Garden of Babylon, and Kabinett der Kuriositäten in Frankfurt. Additionally, he has released several works on esteemed labels such as The Garden of Babylon, Katahaifisch, Planet Ibiza, and Cosmovision Records, as well as his own tracks. His distinctive sound, characterized by luminous synthesizers and profound melodies, evokes deep emotions on the dancefloor.
