Irfan Ahmad Siddiqui was born on 11th March 1939 in Badayun, Uttar Pradesh. He completed his education from Bareily college, Agra. He worked for Indian government’s Central information services for 35 years. In 1964 he married Sayyeda Habeeb.
He died on 15th April 2004 in Lucknow. India.
