Thank you for all of your support. Please let us know what you think about our podcast and what topic you may want to hear from us. Leaders, Lead Well!

Maikel and I believe that the true measure of a great leader lies in how they utilize their position, power, and authority. In today's world, there are undoubtedly remarkable individuals in leadership roles whom we highly regard, admire, and appreciate. These individuals serve as strong and influential leaders who are genuinely blazing a trail, creating an impact, and doing so without resorting to abuse, intimidation, or negligence.
Unfortunately, some leaders opt to abuse their power, authority, and influence. Here are five of the most common forms of abuse we see in leaders today:

  • Drifting away from disciplines and principles
  • Believing that others owe us whatever use we can make of them
  • Attempting to fix things up rather than make things right
  • Refusing to accept that we could be blindly way off
  • Believing that people in our way are expendable

Join Rich and Maikel as we reveal five of the most common abuses by leaders today.
