Thank you for all of your support. Please let us know what you think about our podcast and what topic you may want to hear from us. Leaders, Lead Well!

Transparency as a leader requires displaying honesty and straightforwardness. An integral aspect of transparency is openly acknowledging and owning up to mistakes. It is not uncommon for leaders to hesitate in admitting their mistakes, fearing that it goes against the traditional image of leadership. However, research indicates that reflecting on and learning from these mistakes can have a positive impact on one's effectiveness as a manager and leader.
In this series of podcasts, Rich and Maikel will look into the positive benefits and negative impacts of leadership and organizational transparency.
