The red lights are flashing on the business leadership dashboard. The reason? A notable drop in trust in leadership. Only 21% of employees strongly agree that they trust their organizations' leadership. Since the pandemic, there has been a downward slide in organizational trust. So why do 79% of all employees not trust their leaders? This raises serious concerns about morale in business and the overall sense of what the future holds.
