Thank you for all of your support. Please let us know what you think about our podcast and what topic you may want to hear from us. Leaders, Lead Well!

In a previous episode, we asked the question, "Would You Hire Yourself as a Leader? How many of you who listened to that episode, took the challenge, and inventoried your skills and talents as a leader? Would you hire yourself to lead your organization to success, regardless of the title or presumed perks that senior leadership comes with? We are back with a similar question on whether or not you would recommend yourself to your organization to be a leader.
So many would consider their educational pedigree as enough qualification. Would you be disappointed if we told you that is not enough, not by a long shot? What we are asking you is to inventory your real-world leadership skills and talents dealing with the day-to-day that can only be gained through time and experience. So take the challenge and ask yourself, would I recommend myself as a leader?
Rich and Maikel discuss what it takes to be an effective leader in this episode of Mainline Executive Coaching ACT.
