In this episode I dive DEEP into my experience with panic/anxiety & what that has looked like for me! I really bring you on my journey & what I have learned over the past few years about panic/ anxiety attacks!
Having Panic/ Anxiety attacks does NOT make you weak, it does NOT mean there is something wrong with you. It is simply your body giving you warning signals that it needs attention. In this episode I really bring you in on how to be aware of those signs & the things you can do to start becoming more aware when you are having an anxiety attack.
I really hope this episode may help you if you are currently experiencing anxiety, or may know someone who is. I truly feel so passionate talking about these topics, because I KNOW what it is like to experience panic/ anxiety!
