Wednesday 8th March marks International Women’s Day 2023 and this year, the UN’s theme is DigitALL: Innovation and technology for gender equality.
Just 26% of the general tech workforce and only 5% of leadership positions in the sector are held by women.
This episode of Making Connections addresses the underrepresentation of women in tech, whilst our guests reflect on their experiences as women in the industry and the challenges they faced. Discussion also speaks to the future of the industry and what business leaders can do to ensure everyone understands the role they have to play in shaping an equal future.
Joining Nick Layzell to discuss these topics is Rachel Collins, Head of Inclusion & Diversity at Colt Technology Services and Judy Gosnell, HR Director at Telehouse Europe.
