In this mini-season, we're giving you a behind-the-scenes look at a small business launch plan.

Over the years we've been asked many times by this audience for ideas concepts or strategies we might use if we were launching a business in Asheville. In this season we don't need to be hypothetical. We'll show you exactly how we think about launching a business in town.

Next week, you'll meet the founders and owners and hear the "Why" of the business. The following week, we'll look at the "How's" both with respect to the company and the launch plan. And, finally, we'll share "What" tactically we've done during the launch.
