We sit down with special guest José Arce "Spanky" for a conversation about life, tattoos and deportation. Spanky shares his journey from growing up in South Central LA to his eventual move to Tijuana after being deported in 2009. Spanky has become a legend in the Tijuana tattoo scene, and has become a one-man welcoming committee for many coming to the city under the same conditions he did.
