Un informe impulsado por la Interprofesional del Cerdo Ibérico asegura que uno de cada dos alemanes y dos de cada tres franceses reconocen el jamón ibérico como uno de los mayores exponentes de nuestra cultura. El sabor es el principal motivo por el que lo consumen, mientras que formato, disponibilidad y precio son las principales barreras. Además, el jamón serrano es más conocido que el ibérico.

Charlamos con el presidente de Asici, Raúl García, y con José Pablo Ferrándiz, director de Opinión Pública de Ipsos, que ha elaborado el estudio.
