While I might have fallen a little short of my Weight Watchers goal, I'm still proud to say that I've managed to shed five pounds, and I'm not stopping there!

I talk candidly about the struggles I've faced with motivation, but the good news is, I've found a sure-fire way to keep pushing forward. It's all about the push-plateau cycle principle, which is going to help shift your mindset to see plateaus in a more positive light.

I know plateaus can be frustrating and demotivating, but I've learned to see them differently and today I share how. Get ready to gather strength before the next big push….let’s do it together.
