I share about successful people who lack confidence despite their achievements. On the other hand, we'll also examine the "fake it till you make it" approach, where individuals push themselves out of their comfort zone and learn new skills through trial and error, even if they may not feel entirely prepared. Yes, how do we get the confidence to get out there and take risks and embrace new challenges to learn from the failures and successes?
I'm here to build some confidence in you because I myself have had to grow confidence. Some of us are born with it and others of us have to grow it and build it and somehow find it within ourselves to take one baby step after another until we grow the experience to have confidence in something.
You'll leave the show today with a newfound appreciation for the value of gaining diverse experiences while on your quest for confidence.
