Have you heard the principle of content having a "shelf life?" Perhaps you've heard the statistics about how posts on certain social media platforms only have a "shelf life" of just a few hours. While this is certainly true in relation to algorithms, we believe this is an overly-simplistic way to look at content marketing and today we're sharing why.
After a "this or that" about March Madness (Austin's favorite sports event of the year!), we're sharing 2 stories of old content helping us close sales, the role old content plays in the perception of your brand even if it's not being consumed as often, and how consistency connects to a topic like this.
