On today's episode of Married Life Management Podcast, I am talking about Every Marriage Has A Narcissist.
I share why we must be intentional in finding out how to manage and deal with a narcissist.
A narcissist is someone who has an inflated sense of self-importance and a lack of empathy for others. They often seek constant validation and attention and can struggle with feelings of insecurity and vulnerability. These traits can manifest in a variety of ways in a romantic relationship and can have a significant impact on the quality of the marriage.

One of the most common ways narcissism can manifest in a marriage is through a lack of emotional intimacy and connection. Narcissists often struggle with vulnerability and may have difficulty opening up to their partners emotionally. They may also prioritize their own needs and desires over those of their partner, leading to a lack of empathy and consideration in the relationship.

Living with a narcissist can be emotionally and mentally draining for the partner. They may feel constantly invalidated, dismissed, and unimportant. This can lead to feelings of low self-esteem and self-doubt and can make it difficult for the partner to assert their own needs and boundaries

In conclusion, every marriage has a narcissist, whether it's one or both partners. Narcissistic traits can manifest in a variety of ways in a romantic relationship, including a lack of emotional intimacy, manipulation, and control.
