Martial arts training is harder mentally than it is physically. These podcasts are narrated by Sean Allen, a 30 year veteran of martial arts. Sean has a colourful history in the martial arts having achieved a 7th degree black belt in Zen Do Kai, two state titles in Thai Boxing and numerous awards from running a large commercial martial arts academy. In addition to this, he is a qualified school teacher. His teaching and public speaking skills are now highly sought after as a motivational speaker and instructor. This series of informative broadcasts is a result of a new direction he took. At 42, he started another martial art as a complete beginner and the trials and frustrations, long since forgotten as a karate student. were brought back into clarity. The difference is that now he has the ability to put these struggles into perspective. He has spent nearly a decade documenting how students can overcome negative thoughts and become the champion they see in their dreams.
