About Speaker: Professor Vijay Chandru (PhD, MIT 1982) is engaged with interdisciplinary research in digital health at the Indian Institute of Science. An elected fellow of the Indian academy of sciences and engineering, he is a co-founder of Strand Life Sciences, India’s leading precision medicine solutions company. Strand was India’s first sanctioned start up in 2000 that was promoted by faculty of a public research institution.
