Maintaining a relationship when your spouse is incarcerated is not easy. On top of dealing with the reality of a loved one in jail, prison wives face a lot of judgment from the general public, sometimes even from their closest friends or family. Luckily, we have Tameka Means with us today to talk us through the experiences she had, how she cope with her husband being in prison, and how she can help prison wives get through it as well.
Know more about:
- Incarceration
- How to create Healthy Relationships
- How to develop Inner Trust
- How to have a Healthy Mindset
- Programs that'll help you along the way
- and so much more!
Tameka Means is the CEO of Prison Love Mindset ™ and serves women whose partners are in prison as a relationship coach and Certified Behavior Change Specialist. She is also the creator of Positive Productive Prison Community, which focuses on connecting prison-related services to the community.
As a former prison wife with two babies, she overcame her depression and won numerous awards in fitness, sales and traveled internationally. Now that her husband, Sean, is home, she is a huge advocate for wives understanding the prison experience to promote long-lasting, healthy relationships.
