Guest @Julienadupoi joins Reumac to chat about seafood. They share their experiences with the various types of seafood (Spoiler alert - Reumac is allergic to some) and Nadupoi shares a rather embarassing story involving a date and a seafood allergy.
Nadupoi's favorite fish fingers recipe is below:
Fish fingers recipe
Ingredients
*Fish fillet (snapper)
*lemon
* soy sauce
* flour ( all purpose )
* Eggs
* bread crumbs
* cooking oil
Method
-cut the fish into strips (large ones)
-Put the fish strips in bowl and squeeze 2 fresh lemon and 2 table spoon of soy sauce (quantity depends on amount of fish)
-Place the fish in the freezer for about 30mins then remove it
- whisk 3 eggs (you can use more if you are cooking a lot of fish fingers)
- take the plate of flour and breadcrumbs and start coating the fish
- start by coating the fish strip with flour then eggs and finish by coating it with breadcrumbs.
(Repeat this process with all the strips)
- pre heat the oil and wait until the oil is ready.
- place the strips in the oil until golden brown.
- remove and place in a kitchen paper towel.
- serve the fish fingers with a side sauce....
