As I shared last week, my phrase of the year is "Follow Through." When I am feeling lazy & want to put something off until later, I remind myself to follow through.

By reminding ourselves of our chosen words or phrases daily, we can stay focused on the things that matter most and avoid getting sidetracked by distractions.
