This episode explores the concept of decision making, what it looks like in a business context, and why decision making is fundamental to business performance and success. We discuss the types of business decisions and the triggers for those decisions.

To discuss this topic we talk to The Honourable Paul Lucas, former deputy premiere and attorney general of Queensland. Mr Lucas, now retired from political life, has returned to his first career in law but continues to serve in many various non-executive director roles for organisations such as the Institute for Urban Indigenous Health and the Central Highlands Development Corporation.
