A man impersonating an undercover cop told her she was under arrest for solicitation of sex work. He put her in the back of his car. David Parker Ray was identified as the perp. He took Cynthia Vigil to his nearby soundproof trailer, which he called his “Toy Box or Satan’s Den.” New Mexico is about to be rocked by evil in a small town named Truth and consequences. New Mexico’s population is 4,000 and declining. This town's fame is not one this town celebrates. A monster was lurking and using New Mexico as his breeding ground. This sadist has a sexual appetite for women who were defenseless. David Parker Drugged his victims and used sexual deviant acts with homemade devices that are made for big screen in Hollywood.
