Being a kid can be tough! Learning to do things on your own is hard, so kids are bound to get frustrated – most of this time on a daily basis! Whether their block tower falls or they’re figuring out how to use utensils, their lives are jam-packed with learning moments that leave them feeling upset and defeated. This is why building frustration tolerance is so important: we want our littles ones to learn how to handle hard moments and persevere. In today’s episode, we talk through the small, practical things we can do each day through play, feeding, and normal life moments to help our kids process their frustration and develop resilience. This episode will leave you with practical tips to normalize struggling and make you a lot less likely to swoop in and “fix it.”
