Here we are with music industry analytics professional Shannon Landers-Booker. Shannon talks about her first time ever seeing the Foo Fighters. This is what sparked a passion for working in the music business. Shannon worked at Endeavor on the analytics team. There she mostly supported the WME agency teams with insights on talent and other properties. She worked very closely with the music team there and helped build out data support for the agents. Before that, she took a side step from entertainment and worked in fitness for a few years. Before the fitness work, she worked as a recording studio technician, where she set up equipment for studio sessions and fixed broken equipment. She has worn a few different hats over the years and we will get to hear her journey and her career advice in terms of how to align skill sets with different sectors of an industry.
