Happy MMONday! Caregiving is Challenging and a Blessing at the same time. Today's podcast episode highlights the benefits of networking with Complex Care Team to find resources in the special needs caregiving journey. I have had a very positive patient-provider relationship with my oldest son's complex care team. Within 5 years of coordinating with the complex care team our family has been able to navigate medical challenges and receive the great resources below.

Some of the Benefits of Complex Care:

-Saving on Insurance Premiums (ARHipp Program)

-Coordinating OT/PT/Speech/ABA Therapies

-Requesting Incontinence Supplies (Free Diapers/Wipes)

-Requesting Adaptable Equipment/Special Needs Beds

-Initiating Medicaid Waiver Services

May this episode bless you to navigate the medical system better. Feel free to check out medicalmomsofnicu.com/resources for further programs in this special needs parenting journey.
