This is a foundational Tantric Yoga Meditation Practice technique to get you ready for deeper states of Meditation. It is very important to be able to learn to settle life force energy in the body to further the inner meditative practices. This is an exploration of Tantric Yoga Meditation in the form of Yoga Nidra container.

In this relaxing and stress relieving Yoga Nidra Immersion you will simply be feeling the whole body as a pure sensation. Feeling the awareness in the cells of your body. Perhaps you feel and aliveness within that aliveness as a subtle form of vibration as if you are vibrating in space, a percolation. Settle into that vibration, that energy, into both the front and back of your body feel the muscle layers of the body is a form of vibrational space, the nerves of form of vibrational space, as vibrational space, various channels, vessels, your blood as vibrating space, bones as vibrating space, connective tissues as vibrating space, everything is gently vibrating space, notice the subtle inner dance, this vibration is what we call life.
