Alan Fitzsimons from the 90s boyband OTT is our guest on this episode of Mega Music Memories.
Alan, along with Niall O'Neill, Alan Mates, Glen Clark and Keith Cox, had three top 10 hits in Ireland in 1996.
Their domestic success brought them to the UK in 1997 where their songs Let Me In, Forever Girl and All Out Of Love reached numbers 12, 24 and 11 respectively on the UK singles chart before The Story Of Love also reached number 11 in 1998.
The boys were regulars on the television and radio, including notable appearances on Top Of The Pops where they bucked the trend at the time by singing live.
Among other things, Alan talks to us about what it was like as a very young man being in a successful boyband in the 1990s on both sides of the Irish Sea, what he got up to when the boyband days came to an end and his time on the TV talent show The Voice Of Ireland.
