A fin de concientizar a la población sobre la importancia de portar el equipo de seguridad cuando se conduce una motocicleta, el club Motoconejos en Tuxpan considera que la direccion de transito y vialidad municipal debería incrementar el precio de la infracción por no portar el casco y asi evitar accidentes de los cuales en muchas ocaciones derivan la muerte o fracturas en el cuerpo.
