Abide. Truth. Freedom. What does this mean?! “If you abide in my word, you are truly my disciples, 32 and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free…. Truly, truly, I say to you, everyone who practices sin is a slave to sin. 35 The slave does not remain in the house forever; the son remains forever. 36 So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.” - John 8:31-32, 34-36 John Piper: “You are fully free when you have the desire, the ability, and the opportunity to do what will leave you with no regrets forever." The lie is that freedom is doing what you want to do! Jesus teaches freedom is doing what you are meant to do! Jesus says if you live for anything other than me, that thing will enslave you and tyrannize you How do we abide in His words practically?

Jesus is everything!
