I know it’s scary to bring up and talk about mental and emotional health because we can not bring it up without going into our own pain and suffering as well as our families. Yet studies have shown a lot of parents, teachers, doctors, managers, administration teams and even our world leaders don’t even know they are struggling with a mental or emotional health issue. Well today we want everyone to stop hiding, denying and lying about these personal yet universal conditions, that over 450 million people that’s 1 in 4 people deal with everyday.
