I have been working with athletes, performing artist and youth for the last 35 years and I believe I have found the one thing that stops each of us from having the life we say we want and/or desire to get too. It’s that we have told our self a lie and we fear being exposed. Not just to others but ourselves. We don’t want to think we can be happy, have love, be successful at our art or sport.
