I was driving in my car and it came to me why rejection is for our benefit, just like love, sex, caring and sharing has benefits. So I recorded in my car driving .... so forgive the poor sound quality. Rejection is quite painful and there is no stronger feeling that stays in our minds and body longer the rejection. There is something that wakes us up or drowns us in sorrow when it comes to rejection. There is much we can’t change,understand or figure out, the relationship or job interview or friendship was going so good. Reject seems to come out of left field and slam into us.
