We are trapped in our own self made prisons and our capitalist creation is taking advantage of our weakness for food, sugar, alcohol, cars, gambling, shopping, binging on reality TV, Netflix etc. These media companies and other marketing systems know us better then we know ourselves, and they are also banking on our fear and frustration to keep us coming back.
