Elanor Yap, we first met her during the happiness intiative webinar last month
When we heard what she did (Project Buddy) ,Which she find volunteers to speak to lonely seniors who were trapped at home during March period, we immediately knew we had to have her on the show to share her passion to life and how she lives hers
It was infectious, her energy really inspired us.
We spoke to her about how she lived her life during covid, how she overcomed her depression and her life philosophies .
