When I told my brother I'd be interviewing Anthony Iannarino on the Mentor Me Podcast, he told me "Oh really?! He is a sales legend!" When my brother told me that, I knew this was going to be a great conversation.
Anthony Iannarino is an international speaker, best-selling author and leader in the sales industry. Many people in the sales industry look to Anthony for tips to improve their sales skills. Often times, sales people get a bad reputation. You've heard of the saying "snake oil salesman". The sales person who is trying to make the sale regardless of whether it is good or bad for the buyer. This is NOT what Anthony Iannarino teaches to the sales industry. It's actually the exact opposite.
Anthony will tell you the key to becoming the best sales person you can be, you have to understand your customers business better than they do. You also have to bring value to your customer which means you have to understand what the value to your customer is.
