Dee Ann Turner served at Chick-fil-A for 33 years. Prior to her retirement in 2018, she was the Vice President of Talent & Sustainability at Chick-fil-A. In 2001, Dee Ann became the first female officer in the company's history. Throughout her career, Dee Ann was instrumental in building and growing the culture and talent that you see at Chick-fil-A today. Dee Ann also had the opportunity to work closely with S. Truett Cathy as well as other talented leaders at Chick-fil-A. Dee Ann was responsible for making thousands of selections of Chick-fil-A franchisees as well as corporate staff.
Dee Ann now runs her own business, Dee Ann Turner & Associates, LLC, writing books, speaking, coaching and consulting with leaders around the globe. She is the author of best seller, It's My Pleasure: The Impact of Extraordinary Talent and a Compelling Culture. She also released her second book, Bet on Talent: How to Create a Remarkable Culture and Win the Hearts of Customers in September of 2019. In March of 2021 she has her new book coming out called Crush Your Career: Ace the Interview, Land the Job and Launch Your Career. Enjoy!
