I avsnitt 142 tar vi tempen på band som framgångsrikt ändrade sitt sound. Utifrån definitionen att rötterna lämnades kvar och blicken var stadigt fäst framåt går vi igenom fem band vardera som - av flera olika anledningar - gick från en stil till en annan. Vi går från black metal till viking metal (och tjafsar om vad epitetet betyder) och electro, från hardcore och glam till söderns tunggung och groove, från goregrind och kött-och-potatis-döds till mer sofistikerade tongångar och slumrande goth, från deathcore till hipstertönteri. Samt mycket mer därtill.
